Public site and self-service registration

The public site provides access to Flex Nutra services and registration. The sales journey is self-service: the information entered may include your name, your professional email, your company or brand, your site, your country and a description of your project. They are used to verify your email, create your sales access and connect your workspace. Affiliated applications may require separate validation of available offers and conditions.

Authentication and member space

Authentication uses a single-use code sent by email. Strictly necessary session cookies can be stored to keep your connection secure. Member space may contain operational data related to your saved workspaces, brands, products, commands, configurations and requests. This information is not made public by the portal.

Technical providers

Flex Nutra uses technical providers to host the site and provide certain functions, including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and authentication, and Postmark for sending transactional emails. Depending on the modules activated, payment, fulfill or other service providers may also process the data necessary for their provision under their own applicable conditions.

Technical data and measurement

Servers and providers may receive technical data necessary for the operation, security and prevention of abuse, e.g. IP address, request information and technical events. The public frontend does not activate advertising pixel or third party booking service. If an analytical, advertising or new external service is added later, this information will need to be updated in accordance with the configuration actually used.

Conservation and security

Data shall be kept for the period necessary for operational, contractual, security and applicable obligations. Access is limited according to roles and sensitive treatments remain subject to system controls. No safety measures can guarantee a zero risk.

You can request the available information about your data and, where applicable, request their correction, deletion or limitation by writing to kevin@tybox.ch . Requests are processed according to the account context and applicable obligations.
