Purpose of the offer
Flex Nutra presents services B2B for the construction and operation of e-commerce infrastructure. The published awards describe a monthly implementation and subscription. The accepted estimate describes the actual project; it specifies contractual terms, schedule, billing and liability.
Perimeter
Only one main tunnel is included per pack. Launch includes a main product and a product in upsell in the same tunnel. Sites, domains, modules, campaigns, tickets, languages, timetables and intervention volumes are specified before invoice. Benefits are not unlimited.
Costs and prepayment
Physical products, preparation, delivery, acquisition and third-party services are subject to separate costs. Performance is prepaid according to the agreed circuit. Any acquisition credit allocated to the original settlement shall be separated from fees; its use, sales validation and unused balance follow the specific agreement.
Options and Multibrands
The new brand and the 500 € additional tunnel are an extension on the existing base, within the validated perimeter. New areas, markets, integrations or volumes may require additional encryption. A monthly evolution is not applied as an assumed unlimited work: it is agreed before execution.
Roles and results
The merchant retains the direction of his brand, his prices and his commercial strategy. Everyone retains the obligations attached to their effective role. Payment validations and sales results are not guaranteed. The brand site and the elements submitted to the claimant must describe the activity actually carried out.
Points to be checked
Duration and termination, start of invoicing, service levels, exceedances, ownership of deliverables and data, exports, reversibility, liability, litigation and applicable law are to be specified in the final documents.
