Tunnel & technology

Your custom tunnel: what needs to be defined before development.

Customization does not mean that everything must be reinvented. It means that the offer, the journey, and the deliverables are precisely tailored to the brand.

The point to remember

A good specification specifies the brand, the market, the offer, the steps, the payment, the data to follow and the recipe criteria. It also indicates the limits: a main tunnel, its intended variants and the maintenance capacity. At Flex Nutra , the upsell is a stage of the funnel Launch, not a promise of unlimited tunnels.

1. The business context before screens

Describe the brand, the main product, the audience, and the acquisition channel. A visitor coming from informational content does not necessarily know the same things as a repeat customer. The structure must answer their questions and present an offer whose price and conditions are clear.

Gather your visual identity, the approved product elements, and what you wish to convey. The design can be original without inventing testimonials, ratings, or results. The displayed evidence must correspond to your activity; a graphic projection should remain identifiable as an example.

2. The steps of the tunnel to be delivered

Name each step: sales page, offer selection, checkout, upsell, confirmation, and follow-up. Specify the bundles or options, as well as the behavior when a customer declines the upsell. Content, language, or market variants are not implicitly included because the funnel is personalized.

The brand site is a distinct space, useful for presenting the company and its service information. The support also has its own entry point. These spaces remain consistent with the actual sale and are not used to present another activity to the payment provider.

3. Payment, orders and data

Define the authorized payment methods and the expected events. What happens after an acceptance, a refusal, or a return to the checkout? Which identifiers allow linking the click, the order, and the customer ticket? Duplicates and journey repeats must be considered before launch.

The CRM must display the data actually available, with legible statuses. Separate turnover, affiliated commissions, costs and margin. Access permissions and export content must be described. A demonstration dashboard is not proof that all integrations exist for each project.

4. Emails, rebilling and customer service

List the essential transactional messages, then the possible business scenarios. For each follow-up, specify the eligible audience, the frequency, and the stop condition. Newsletters also involve volumes and a validation process; they are not an endless line of development.

If a product subscription is offered, document its cadence, its price, the confirmations, and the management of cancellation. Support must be able to explain the chosen cycle. Refund rights and the escalation of sensitive requests are fully operational deliverables.

5. The revenue and the monthly scope

The test must check the mobile journey, the final price, the acceptance or refusal of the upsell, the events, and the messages. A shared checklist is better than validation based solely on a nice screenshot. Anomalies are documented and then handled according to the agreed procedure.

The monthly subscription maintains what has been built. It is necessary to distinguish between correction, small evolution, new scenario, overhaul, and second funnel. Support windows, ticket quotas, and technical interventions are agreed upon. The name Scale does not turn an outsourced team into an unlimited resource.

6. Add brands without confusing the offer

The option Flex Nutra at 500 € allows to add a new brand and a complete tunnel on the existing base, within the validated perimeter. It does not promise a new zero system, premium domain, full translation or unlimited integration. Non-base requirements are identified before invoice.

The multi-brand approach also requires separating orders, tickets, and budgets. If the volume changes, the monthly plan may need to be adjusted with prior agreement. The right goal is a readable and maintainable extension, not the multiplication of projects whose recurring costs remain unclear.

Your numbers. Your offer. Your scope.

The call allows you to bring these benchmarks closer to your actual project, without any promise of automatic results.

Frequently Asked Questions

To go further.

The scope is defined before the invoice, not after the launch.

Does custom-made mean that the code belongs to me?

Not automatically. The ownership of the trademark, the rights to the deliverables, the software, and the terms of export or exit must be defined in the contract.

Does an upsell count as a second funnel?

No. The upsell planned in Launch is a step of the same main funnel. Another complete sales journey is a separate extension.
